HireSweet — Tech Talent Matching & Recruitment Platform

HireSweet operated two complementary products in tech recruitment: Discover, a marketplace of qualified candidates presented weekly to companies, and Reveal, a SaaS ATS to centralize and automate candidate database management.

The platform served over 300 recruiting clients daily. The technical scope was wide: data engineering, matching algorithms, and frontend/backend architecture.

The scope ranged from workflow automation to building a Chrome extension, all while keeping the existing platform stable.

I developed and maintained the core SaaS platform with end-to-end features: workflow automation, dynamic variables, and a Chrome extension for sourcing candidates directly from the browser.

Internal tools for Sales and Operations teams replaced recurring manual processes, cutting processing times by half.

The scope covered data engineering for candidate pipelines, matching algorithms, and frontend/backend architecture with Apollo GraphQL.

The platform continued serving 300+ daily clients with high reliability.

Internal tools reduced Sales and Ops team processing time by 50%, freeing up time for higher-value tasks.

The Chrome extension added a sourcing channel directly integrated into recruiters' workflow.
