• Designed and built the data pipeline (Airbyte + ClickHouse), the foundation that syncs all our clients' ad data and feeds both the dashboards and the AI agent, with data isolated per client
• Designed the architecture that lets the AI agent act on every ad platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat…)
• Proactive agent: several times a day, the agent spots on its own what needs the team's attention instead of waiting to be asked
• AI agent in Slack: agencies track and run their clients' campaigns without leaving their channels, with the agent asking for approval before any action
• AI creative generation from the chat: images, variations and resizing for each platform's formats, built on the brand identity automatically extracted from the client's website
• Top Creatives, the flagship feature used daily by community managers: the best-performing creatives across every channel, with a daily Slack digest
• Ad comment moderation in-app: community managers reply to and hide comments without going through Meta's Business Manager, with AI sentiment analysis
• Meta and LinkedIn audiences created by dropping a customer file into the chat, without personal data ever being exposed to the model
• Agent that automatically files call notes into each client's knowledge base, so the ads agent works with up-to-date business context
• Made the agent reliable in production: fixed silent errors that skewed its actions on clients' live ad accounts

• Built the entire fullstack web layer (frontend, backend, database, indexing) within a 9-person team, and contributed to AI/RAG services
• Involved in product design from start to finish: ideation, iterations with beta testers, production launch
• Built AI features (contract analysis, inconsistency detection, legal recommendations) with LLMs and RAG architecture
• Built a production RAG pipeline with multi-source retrieval, semantic reranking and prompt engineering
